Unfortunately we do not entertain Pets.

The cottage is not suitable for wheelchair users or those unable to climb stairs.

The living area and kitchen is upstairs with a patio door leading to a balcony. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The dining area seats 8 at a large table. The lounge seats eight and has a 42 inch television, DVD player and electric fire.

Downstairs there are four bedrooms - bedroom 1 has a king sized bed, bedroom 2 has a double bed and the remaining two bedrooms have twin beds. There is a bathroom with shower and an additional shower room. The washing machine is also out of the way in a utility area.

Outside - the first floor deck area has wonderful sea views across St Ives Bay. There is also a ground floor patio garden self contained for children. Parking is available for 3 cars.

Changeover day is Saturday (arrival time from 3 pm), departure time 10 am.

Bedding, Duvets and Towels are supplied.

The cottage heating is by storage heaters.
